Shipping
We offer free shipping for Swedish orders over 1000 SEK. If your Swedish order is under 1000 SEK, our shipping charge is 49 SEK.
We currently ship to the following European countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Vatican City.
We offer free shipping on all orders above the equivalent of 1500 SEK. For European orders below the equivalent of 1500 SEK the shipping fee is 150 SEK.
For US orders below 200 USD the shipping fee is 20 USD. For US orders above 200 USD, we offer free shipping.
Our store is currently open to Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, USA and Vatican City.
We deliver your order within 1-3 business days. For Swedish orders we use DHL to a service point close to the delivery adress and for orders outside of Sweden we use DHL Express directly to your door. US orders need 2-4 business days.
At this time we are shipping to the USA but will open up for more countries overseas soon, stay tuned!
Returns
We happily accept returns in original condition (unworn and unaltered) with tags and hygienic liners attached for either a refund or exchange. The Lewina dust bag must also be included for us to approve your return request.
All return requests must be made within 14 days after the date of delivery. The refund or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package. Please note that we can only process a refund back to the original payment method.
If you would like to make a return from an European country, please fill out the return form attached with your order, place it in the mailer bag and attach the return label to the package and drop it off at a DHL service point.
Return shipping cost is free of charge. However, we do charge an administration fee for handling the return of 59 SEK.
If you would like to make a return from outside of Europe you will need to cover the cost for shipping yourself. We suggest that you use a traceable postage service to make sure the package arrives safely. Write an email to hello@lewinaswim.com and we will happily provide you with the shipping address.
Our discount codes are for one time use and are unable to be reloaded if you return your order.
Swimwear care
Lewina Swimwear fabrics are all made of recycled fabrics that are chosen for their superb shape recovery abilities and soft feel. To keep your Lewina Swimwear suit in pristine condition for many years to come, please follow our care instructions below.
Rinse your product in cold fresh water as soon as possible after each use.
Hand wash in cold water without using bleach or softener.
Lay your suit to dry in the shade or indoors on a towel and never wring the fabric to get the water out, as this can harm the delicate fabric. Never leave it to dry by itself in the sun.
Avoid heavily chlorinated swimming pools or hot tubs as the chemicals might harm the fabric and discoloring might occur.
Be careful when applying sunscreen, oils, and lotions as they can discolor the fabric. This is not a manufacturing defect.
